Delivery Information


Store Pickup Click and Collect

In-store pickup is free. Orders are normally ready for collection within 24hrs. Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email notifying you. When you come into store speak to a colleague and they will retrieve your order.  

Please note: If you do not collect your order within 7 working days, your order will be refunded automatically.

Local Delivery

We offer a local delivery service for customers that live within a certain radius of the shop. Please insert your postcode at the cart page to see if you are eligible for local deliveries.


Local deliveries will take place between 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm every Thursday and 4pm-6pm every Saturday. Orders can be placed 7 days in advance of your chosen delivery day and timeslot. We are not currently able to accept same day deliveries.


The minimum order for local delivery is ÂŁ20 with a delivery fee of ÂŁ3. 


Please note: If for whatever reason we are unsuccessful when attempting to deliver an order the items will be returned to the shop and held for seven days, anticipating collection. If the items are not collected an automatic refund will be issued. The delivery fee will not be refunded regardless of whether the items are collected or not. 


There may be some weeks where local delivery is not possible. This will be clearly displayed on the webpage. 



Postal Delivery 

We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner. We aim to pack your order within two working days of receiving the order. If your order is placed after 2pm on Friday it will not be packed until Monday.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. 

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, it is returned to their delivery office, and you need to either collect it or re-arrange its delivery. A red card is left to notify you of this change. Should you have not received your parcel within 14 days of the despatch e-mail, please get in touch. If the parcel is returned to us and you would like us to re-send it, an additional delivery charge will apply.

Royal Mail automatically sends e-mails and/or text messages informing you of the delivery progress. Please make sure that you have provided the correct e-mail address and telephone number on your order. Occasionally these e-mails can end up in the junk folder; should you not have received a notification within 2 business days of your order, please check your junk folder.
