Refund Policy

We'll always do all we can to ensure that you are delighted with our service and any product that you order from us.

If you are not satisfied for any reason then please contact us and let us know. Please note we do not refund any toys unless the toy arrives damaged. Dog toys are not indestructible against a dog’s sharp teeth and some damage is inevitable.

If you do request a refund we will ask that you send us back your order, fully intact and unused, and upon satisfactory receipt we will initiate your refund.

In certain situations, we are happy to provide store credit if returning an unused item after the 30 days. This is subject to management discretion.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of postage for returns.
